1. Overview

PedroRochaDM1 Publisher ("the App") is a personal automation tool developed for and used exclusively by Dr. Pedro Rocha ("the Owner"). The App automates the process of publishing video content to the Owner's social media accounts, including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

2. Usage

The App is not available for public use. It is a private tool operated solely by the Owner for managing his own content publishing workflow.

3. Content

All content published through the App is created by or on behalf of the Owner. The Owner retains full ownership and responsibility for all published content.

4. API Usage

The App uses TikTok's Content Posting API in compliance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and Platform Policies. The App:

• Only publishes content to accounts owned by the Owner.
• Does not interact with, collect data from, or affect other users' accounts.
• Does not automate engagement actions (likes, comments, follows).

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" for personal use. The Owner assumes all responsibility for content published through the App.

6. Modifications

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
